Your Journey
Sessions & What
You Can Expect
Following our 15-minute phone call, if we decide to work together, we’ll arrange an initial consultation to discuss your background and concerns. Sessions last 50 minutes each week at a set time, either in person, via Zoom, or by phone. All sessions are confidential and follow professional ethics. I usually suggest at least nine sessions to build understanding and address your main concerns, though some clients prefer fewer or longer-term support. We’ll review progress together and decide when to conclude or continue.
I currently have some availability for new clients who would like to work with me online (via Zoom or phone call). I am temporarily not taking any face-to-face clients but can add you to the waiting list if you prefer. If you’re interested in booking a free 15-minute consultation to see if we’re a good fit, you can contact me.
Please check your spam or junk folder if you don’t see a reply from me.
Face to Face
Sessions
Sessions last 50 minutes each week at an agreed time and place. Meeting in person allows for a natural, direct connection and can take place in a suitable, private setting. We’ll review progress together and decide whether to bring the work to a close or continue further. I generally recommend at least nine sessions so we can get to know each other and address your key concerns.
Online & Telephone
Sessions
Online and telephone sessions last 50 minutes each week at a set time. They offer flexibility and accessibility while maintaining the same level of confidentiality and professional standards as face-to-face work. Many clients value the convenience and comfort of working remotely, whether via Zoom or by phone. I usually suggest at least nine sessions to explore your concerns effectively.
FAQs

Face-to-face sessions are held in a space I rent in a residential area in Amersham. I also rent a space in Harrow, which is on both the Metropolitan and the Piccadilly line and within a short walking distance from local bus routes. These sessions offer the option of incorporating creative arts, which can deepen our work together. Please arrive on time and no earlier, as there is no waiting room and I wish to maintain privacy for other clients. Sessions end promptly at the agreed time, and if you arrive late, we will make the best use of the remaining time. Please note there is currently no wheelchair access. I also offer outdoor sessions when weather permits.

Online sessions are held via Zoom. Please ensure you have a stable internet connection and sufficient battery life. For telephone sessions, make sure your phone is charged and has a reliable signal. If there is a delay or connection issue, we’ll make the best of the remaining time but will not be able to extend the session. Please log in or be ready to receive your call on time, and ensure your space is private, comfortable, and safe. If you are driving, I will not be able to continue the session, and the full fee will still apply.

There is street parking, though availability can vary depending on peak times. A bus stop is within a 5–10 minute walk, and the area is easily accessible by train via Chiltern Railways, the Metropolitan line and the Piccadilly line.

Yes. Everything you share in our sessions is treated with the utmost confidentiality and handled in accordance with professional ethical standards and data protection laws.
There are, however, a few legal and ethical exceptions where I may need to share information, for example if I believe you or someone else is at serious risk of harm, or if required by law such as court orders or safeguarding concerns. Wherever possible, I would discuss this with you first before taking any action.
